Responsibilities

• 車載機器に使用される機構部品のソーシング、価格契約業務を担当いただきます。競争力向上に向けた活動の推進（課題抽出、交渉戦略の立案、価格交渉など）をお願いします。
• 部品業界動向、メーカー動向(経営戦略・事業方針・技術革新・販売戦略など)に関する情報収集、分析
• 交渉戦略の立案(発注先の選定方針策定、交渉ストーリーの立案など）
• 新規メーカーのソーシング(グローバル)と社内関連部門(設計・QA・製造部門)への提案
• ソーシング活動の推進(価格決定や諸条件の交渉、最適契約スキームの構築）
• 競争力向上活動の推進(あるべき価格・課題抽出、交渉レバーの策定、価格交渉の実施、VE提案の導入推進)

Requirements

• 機構部品（プレス、樹脂成型、ダイカスト、メカ部品など）のバイヤー経験をお持ちの方
• 英語力：サプライヤを交渉出来るレベルをお持ちの方

7.5 - 9.5 million yen
