- 販売対象製品のラボ及びフィールドでの試験、トラブル対応、製品設置、メンテナンス対応を計画し、チームの管理運用を行う。技術担当者の専門性を活かす適切な配置、効果的な組織運用を適切におこなう。必要に応じ社内技術部門、品質管理部門と連携し、効果的に課題を解決する手段を講じ、高いレベルでの顧客支援を行う。お客様に提出するテスト結果及びレポートに対し責任を持つ。
業務内容：
所属する組織およびエンジニアリング部門の目標達成に貢献する。
スタッフの管理監督、実績の適正な評価とアドバイスを通し、業務水準を維持する責任を持つ。
顧客の要求事項を満たすシステム構成の提供のために、案件の難易度を測定し、適切な業務分担をおこなう。
技術担当者の専門性を活かす適切な配置、効果的な組織運用をおこなう。
ラボおよびインストール現場の HES& S 活動、６S 活動を主導し、スタッフの参画を促す。
ラボの固定資産を適切に管理し、最新の状態を維持する。
ラボおよびフィールドの試験結果に責任を持ち、競合他社に対する競争力を担保した、最適なシステム構成・機材をセールス担当者に提案する。
ラボ試験、インストールの人員配置、スケジューリングを適切におこない管理する。
インストールコストを適切に見積もり、コスト目標の達成に向けた指導をおこなう。
インストール物件の売り上げ時期に責任を持つ。
展示会やセミナーへの参加、専門誌や公開情報を確認し、最新の業界動向や技術知識を常にアップデートする。
社内外のトレーニングへ参加し、業務知識およびスキルの継続的な向上に努める。
そのほか割り当てられた業務を実行する。
