Responsibilities

ハード部分（ライド、各種施設の設備、建物、看板・サイン、植栽等）維持管理に係わる統括業務（補佐）をお任せいたします。具体的には、リゾートの安定稼働のために上記ハードの予防保全（TPM:Total Productive Maintenance）や日常的なトラブルシューティングの遂行を管理し、Directorを補佐いただきます。上記を実行するために組織内で、Directorが示す法令順守、お客様/従業員の安全、保全業務の品質向上、日程管理、原価管理、人材育成の重要方針を達成させる年次計画を立案し、定期的に進捗を管理していただきます。

Requirements

• 大規模設備の全体管理責任者
• マネジメント経験
• ビジネスレベルの英語力(TOEIC600点目安)
• 週末･祝日･夜間(必要時)の出社が可能であり、業務指示により海外出張できること。
