Responsibilities

• 自動倉庫設備の維持管理を含めたメンテナンスの計画立案と実行
• 協力会社と連携した自社の設備の問題解決
• 日々のメンテナンス業務、課題提案、解決

Requirements

• 自動倉庫、工場等での設備メンテナンス、生産技術のいずれかの経験がある方
• 電気または、機械における知識があり、設備の維持管理、改善、不具合対応を前向きに、関係者と協調して粘り強く推進が出来る方
• 事業会社のメンテナンス担当として、ルーティンに留まらず、継続した改善活動が求められます
• 社内外・自部署内外の方々との粘り強く積極的なコミュニケーションも求められます
