- 本ポジションは、同社自身の成長戦略を策定し、M＆A戦略を実行する役割を担っています。同社の成長目標を実現するために、企業買収、株式投資、売却、ジョイントベンチャー設立などの分析と実行を行う役割です。 この注目度の高いポジションでは、卓越した意欲、高度な財務・分析スキル、財務モデリングやデューデリジェンスの経験、プロジェクト管理スキルが求められます。【具体的な業務】事業部門のリーダーシップや成長戦略チームと協力して、事業部門の成長計画の策定と実行の支援
市場調査や買収候補先の特定の支援
戦略的合理性とシナジーを理解するために、潜在的なターゲット企業へのアプローチ戦略を考案する支援
買収候補を特定するための調査、競合・市場分析・企業価値評価、ディール構造を反映したビジネスケースの作成
M&A案件のプロセス全体を通じて、関係者との交渉の支援・社内のステークホルダーとのガバナンスや意思決定に関するコミュニケーションの支援
グローバルの各管理部門と協力し、デューデリジェンスプロセスの実行と支援・戦略的・企業文化の適合性、財務的影響、リスク、リスク対応策を評価
合併後の統合（PMI）計画の策定を支援し、事業部門と管理部門の両方の観点からM&Aプロセス全体の主要成功要因を特定
