Our client a leading Japanese internet services and e-commerce company, engaging in a wide range of business areas including online shopping malls. We operate diverse businesses such as e-commerce, finance, and digital content, offering various services including online shopping platforms, cloud services, and internet banking. We also provide point programs and media content to enhance customer engagement. Additionally, we actively expand our business both domestically and internationally, strengthening our competitiveness in the global market.

Responsibilities

グループ品質部の行動指針に沿い、ミッションを達成するための人員、特にマネージャー層が不足しているため。ユーザーとの信頼創造に向けた課題解決を、経営直下で企画し、ご自身の手で推進・実行・仕組み化まで進められるポジションです。
業務内容：

• 品質指標（VoC、NPS、レビューなど）と経営指標の相関を分析し、経営層への示唆出しを行う
• 重点品質指標について、あるべき姿とのギャップを明確にし、改善のための企画提案を行う
• 目的の一貫性、プロセス分解等の観点から、改善アクションのプロジェクトマネージを行う
• 改善アクションの結果を検証し、PDCAサイクルを回し、恒久的な仕組やフレームワークに落とし込む
• 一連の取り組みを経営陣含むステークホルダーへコミュニケーションし文化醸成に繋げる

Requirements

必須条件：

• コンサルティング、もしくは事業会社における課題解決／改善業務経験3年以上
• TOEICスコア800点相当以上の英語力
