Responsibilities

事業のKPI管理:

• 各事業部のKPI（主要業績評価指標）の設定、モニタリング、分析
• 定期的な事業パフォーマンスのレポート作成および経営層への報告
• KPI達成に向けた課題の特定と改善提案の実施
• データ分析を活用した事業運営の効率化と意思決定支援

事業戦略のサポート:

• 市場調査および競合分析
• 中長期的な事業戦略の策定支援
• 経営層や事業部門との連携を通じた戦略実行のサポート
• 事業ポートフォリオの最適化に向けた分析と提案

プロジェクトマネジメント:

• 社内外のステークホルダーとの連携を通じたプロジェクト推進
• 複数のプロジェクトの進捗管理、リソース調整、リスク管理
• プロジェクトの成果物の品質管理と納期遵守

その他の業務:

• 社内のAI化や業務効率化の推進
• 必要に応じた外部パートナーとの協業

Requirements

以下いずれかのご経験がある方:

• 業務改善、事業戦略立案、市場調査、KPI管理経験等のご経験がある方
• 自身で課題発見し実行までリードした経験がある方

• 通信業界の経験
