Responsibilities

• 経営意思決定の支援（最重要）
  • 中期経営企画・年度事業計画の策定および推進
  • 経営陣への提言および意思決定サポート
  • 財務諸表（PL／BS）や各種データをもとにした経営課題の抽出・戦略立案
  • 執行役員会・取締役会向け資料の作成および論点整理
• 数値管理・可視化
  • 各種投資・施策のROI設計およびモニタリング
  • 経営指標（KPI）の設計・可視化・レポーティング
  • 事業パフォーマンスおよび開発進捗の定量分析・改善提案
  • 経営層への定期レポーティングおよびインプット
• 組織・人事領域の企画
  • 組織戦略・人事施策の企画立案
  • 経営視点での組織課題の抽出および改善施策の設計・推進

Requirements

必須条件：

• 経営企画・事業戦略・経営管理いずれかの実務経験
• プロジェクトマネジメント経験（PM／PMOなど部門横断プロジェクトの推進・管理経験）
• 財務諸表（PL／BS）の理解とそれを用いた経営課題の抽出・改善提案の経験
• 論理的思考力と数値分析力を活かした意思決定支援スキル

歓迎条件：

• 新規事業企画・立ち上げの経験
• M＆Aや資本提携に関する実務経験（デューデリジェンス、PMI等）
• データ分析（BIツール、SQL、Excel高度関数等）
