Responsibilities

本ポジションでは、車載MCU製品のビジネスおよびプロフィットマネジメントを担い、事業の成長と収益最大化に貢献いただきます。

• 車載MCU製品のビジネスおよび利益管理
• 商談管理およびデータ分析
• 営業と連携した商談時のコマーシャルサポート（価格交渉、契約条件調整など）
• 売上・利益目標に対する進捗管理およびレポーティング
• 市場・顧客動向の把握と事業戦略への反映

Requirements

必須条件：

• 英語・日本語でのコミュニケーション能力
• 半導体業界または自動車業界での業務経験
• ビジネス管理や収益管理の実務経験
• 顧客折衝・社内外関係者との調整経験

• 車載向け半導体製品に関する知識
• プロジェクトマネジメント経験
