自動車用部品に用いられるギヤの設計を担当します。顧客が実現したいニーズを把握してユニットから提案し、その後設計を各部署と連携しながら進め、高い性能をもつギヤを開発します。具体的には、顧客の課題を解決するソリューションの提案や、製品使用の検討、製品機能の向上検討、提案を実施するための実証データの検証、評価技術の対応、CADによる設計業務など、顧客への提案からソリューションを実現するための設計・開発までを担います。
