Responsibilities

• 5G本格化、そして2030年頃の導入が見込まれる6G時代のICTを支えるネットワークの要素技術としてフォトニクス分野の研究開発を行っています。
• 私たちのミッションは、世界に先駆けた先端開発成果の最大化を目指し、社会課題や顧客課題に対して、魅力が有る唯一無二の技術解決手段を提供することです。
• 将来の光システムアーキテクチャを構想し、商品の差異化にもつながる要素技術の仮説を立案・検証していきます。
• そして、光ネットワーク・システム設計技術、光ファイバ中の信号伝搬や光送受信技術にかかわる信号処理アルゴリズム、高速アナログ回路の機能・性能評価、実験評価など複数分野の専門性を結集し、尖ったコア技術を創出していきます。

Requirements

• 光/電子デバイス設計・評価、基板設計及び実装構造開発
• 研究開発活動で複数メンバーを1年以上統率したチームリーダーとしての経験
• 理工学分野での学位(博士または修士)またはそれに準じる研究実績

歓迎条件：

• ネットワークや光通信システムに関する基本的な知識
• 信号処理工学に関する基本的な理解（デジタルまたはアナログ）
