Responsibilities

■業務内容：【変更の範囲：会社の定める業務】
主に以下の業務を担当していただきます※事業の拡張により内容も変化します。
（1）仮想化プラットフォーム技術開発のリード

• Universal NTNの仮想化プラットフォーム技術開発の全体計画策定、実行、進捗管理
• 仮想化インフラの設計、実装、最適化、および運用
• NFV（Network Function Virtualization）／MANO（Management and Orchestration）、Kubernetes、FPGA技術の導入と適用

（2）技術要件の定義および設計

• ◎無線通信インフラの仮想化基盤に関する技術要件の定義および設計
• 高性能でスケーラブルな仮想化プラットフォームの構築
• クラウドネイティブアーキテクチャの採用および最適化

（3）技術開発および検証

• 仮想化技術を用いた新しい通信インフラソリューションの開発・検証
• FPGAの利用を含む高速データ処理および低遅延技術の開発・検証
• オーケストレーションおよび自動化ツールの開発および導入

（4）技術調査および評価

• 最新技術の調査および評価、技術トレンドのフォロー
• 仮想化技術のパフォーマンス評価およびベンチマークテストの実施

（5）コラボレーションおよびベンダー管理

• 社内外の関係者やベンダーとの技術的な協力および調整
• ベンダー管理、技術的な打ち合わせおよび問題解決

Requirements

■必須条件：

• 無線通信インフラの仮想化の基盤の開発に関する実務経験5年以上
• NFV/MANO、Kubernetes、FPGAに関する知識および実務経験
• 仮想化技術（仮想マシン、コンテナ、マイクロサービス等）に関する理解
• 高い問題解決能力および技術的リーダーシップ
• 優れたコミュニケーション能力、チームコラボレーション能力を活かして業務に取組める方

■歓迎条件：

• クラウドネイティブアーキテクチャの設計および実装経験
