Responsibilities

• 次世代マルチビーム描画装置の要求仕様達成に向けた光学シュミレーション、設計、検討、の実施。
• また、光学系における課題抽出とその課題解決のための検討業務。
• マルチビーム調整手法を光学設計の観点から検討する。

Requirements

• 電子顕微鏡、半導体製造装置等の、荷電粒子ビームの軌道計算や光学設計などに従事した経験のある方。
• 荷電粒子ビーム光学シミュレーター、電界や磁界のシミュレーターなどの利用経験のある方。

歓迎条件：

• 電子顕微鏡等を手動で調整した経験のある方。
• 大学１年生レベルの力学、電磁気学、数学を、ある程度使いこなせる方。
• 技術文書、論文などの英語（主に読解）に抵抗が少ない方。
• 基礎的な力学、電磁気学、数学などを、卒業研究や業務などで使った経験のある方。
