重要部品であるインバータの開発を通じて【世界初】【業界初】
となる新商品の開発に参画いただきます。
新商品に最適なインバータの仕様決定や開発（必要に応じて外部業者を活用）が主な業務となります。
同社の構造設計、電気回路設計、冷凍サイクル設計の担当と連携しながら実際の業務を推進します。
商品の仕様決定から量産化に向けたプロセスに至るまで幅広くご担当いただきます。
■仕事の進め方
製品ごとにプロジェクト単位で開発が進められております。
通常ですと、３～4件のプロジェクトが進んでおり、1人当たり、1~3件のプロジェクトをお任せいたします。
プロジェクトについては数名のチームで作成されます。各工程のスキルを補う形でチーム作成されるため、自身のコア技術を活かしながら、
新しい技術を習得することができ、上流工程含め企画～開発～量産までのものづくりの一連の流れに携わることが可能です。
