Responsibilities

同社ガスサービス事業部にて、大型ガスタービン等の発電設備に関する計画停止・緊急停止プロジェクトの現場マネジメントおよび全体進行管理を担当いただきます。国内外の優秀なチームメンバーと連携し、設備の安定稼働を支える業務です。

• 大型ガスタービンの定期点検や突発停止時のプロジェクトマネジメント
• 国内外のプロジェクトチーム・現場チームと連携し、設備トラブルの解決やメンテナンス工事を推進
• 現場責任者としてのサイトマネジメント（必要に応じて）
• 担当案件ごとの技術報告書作成・提出、および顧客への進捗報告
• 顧客と同社の窓口として、円滑なコミュニケーションをリード
• プロジェクトメンバーへの指導や進捗管理
• 多国籍・多文化環境での業務遂行、英語による技術知識の習得
• 扱うサービス：
  • ガスタービン、蒸気タービン、発電機、設備近代化、デジタル化、脱炭素ソリューション

Requirements

■必須条件：

• 工学系（機械・電気等）の学士以上の学位
• 英語による読み書き・会話能力
• ガスタービン等のプロジェクトマネジメント経験5年以上

■歓迎条件：

• 現場でのチームリード経験、目標管理・達成力、継続的改善活動の推進経験
