- ■当部門のミッション：・部ミッション顧客情報フィードバック、サービス業務の受注活動、修理品の受入検査、及びアフターサービスなどの活動を統括し、顧客ロイヤルティを向上させ維持する。
・課ミッション顧客に納入した製品の修理・故障解析業務を実施する。また長期ライフサイクルを実現するため、顧客に寄り添った技術提案を行う。
■職務内容：【入社後に任せる業務】1.製品の修理・解析業務故障した製品に対して、故障個所の解析および修理を実施し再納入する。
2.既納品の適切な予防保全・更新提案稼働状況を監視若しくは情報収集を行い、故障の頻度や傾向を分析しメンテナンスや更新提案を行う。
3.顧客からの問合せや品質向上への対応サービス部として顧客視点に立った観点を投げかけつつ他部門と協力して問題解決を図る。
4.修理報告書の作成およびレビュー故障品の解析報告書や修理報告書を作成および内容を確認する。時には顧客へ直接説明を行う。
5.サービス技術の確立および業務改善技術継承および属人化防止のため、作業手順書、トラブルシューティングガイド等のナレッジを作成する。
■出張・働き方：【出張頻度・出張先】出張の頻度は半年に1回程度（突発によるもの）で主に国内。繁忙期は月残業30時間程度

- ■職務内容：検査システム事業（以下ISD）において、基板実装を行うグローバル大手顧客を対象に、既存および新規の商談において、顧客のニーズや現場で直面している品質課題を的確に理解し、その課題解決に向けて検査装置やシステム、サービスの提案を行っていただきます。商談の進行においては、プレ・プロモーション活動（実機デモンストレーションや顧客現場でのオンサイト評価対応）を通じて、製品や提案の有効性を伝え、商談の成立に向けたサポートを行っていただきます。また、商談が成立した後は、顧客現場での装置導入立ち上げおよび導入後のアフターサポート業務も重要な役割となります。対象顧客はグローバルに広がるため、必要に応じて海外出張に対応していただくこともあります。主に取り扱う商品は、AOI（外観検査装置）およびAXI（X線検査装置）およびその関連システムです。
