Responsibilities

• 半導体パッケージ・基板・材料技術に関する開発および量産技術業務を担当いただきます。
• 新材料・新構造に関する技術検討および評価
• 信頼性試験、物性評価、解析結果に基づく設計・プロセス改善
• ODM／サプライヤーとの技術ディスカッション、仕様すり合わせ
• 開発～量産フェーズにおける技術課題の抽出・是正対応

Requirements

• 高性能半導体(CPU、SoC、ASIC等)の開発、もしくは関連するパッケージ／実装技術分野での実務経験
• Advanced Package(Chiplet)技術に関する開発実務経験
• 性能・信頼性・品質のいずれかに関する技術課題対応の経験
• 担当領域において、自律的に業務を推進し、技術的な判断を行った経験
• ネイティブレベルまたは同等レベルの日本語力
• 英語力：海外サプライヤとの交渉経験(3年以上)

歓迎条件:

• 後工程(フリップチップボンディングなど)　あるいは、サブストレートの開発経験
• 【英語レベル】日常会話レベル
• 【日本語レベル】ビジネス会話レベル以上を希望
