■ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with Category Management and provide input to create and refine global Category Strategies. Implement Commodity Strategy on local level following the Target Operating Model (TOM) including, creating and optimizing Sourcing Cards, documenting savings and identifying potential efficiencies.
Execute sourcing activities within the markets as identifying and driving projects across commodities within their responsibility to achieve Sourcing-relevant goals like automation, spend consolidation and supplier optimization. Continuously leverage market opportunities and bring strong negotiation skills to add value for the business while maximizing implementation and usage of Master Services Agreements (MSAs) and Frame Services Agreements (FSAs).
Measure and track performance against key sourcing metrics, including, for example, automation efficiency.
Progress on the consolidation roadmap. Develop and update the category strategy to optimize spend and align with business and local market needs. Ensure strict adherence to the global category strategy implementation.

- ■概要※入社後すぐに、出向いただきます。宇宙・防衛関連機器における材料や装置、機械加工などの調達業務をお任せいたします。航空・宇宙・防衛分野ではそれぞれの製品で今後更なる増産が見込まれており、調達規模も年々増加しています。事業規模拡大とサプライチェーンの新規立ち上げおよびグローバル化に伴い、国内及び協定国からの海外調達を中心に新規サプライヤーの開拓が必要です。自身が調達に関わった製品が空を飛んだり、宇宙へ打ち上げられたり、日本の防衛に寄与したりと、成果が目に見えやすい環境で業務することができます。
■業務内容当部は航空チーム、宇宙・防衛チームに分かれており、サプライヤー毎に担当が分かれています。これまでのご経験に合わせて、配属するチームや担当品目を検討いたします。
■業務詳細担当品目の調達戦略立案・実施
戦略に基づくサプライチェーン維持管理および国内外の新規取引先開拓
調達コスト分析・評価・原価低減活動
取引先の分析・評価、サプライヤーマネジメント
調達発注業務（取引先への見積引き合い、交渉、発注関連図書作成等の発注業務）
チーム・メンバーマネジメント（管理職の場合）
航空エンジン部品や防衛・宇宙関連機器は参入障壁が高く、品質要件が厳しいことからも、供給が可能なサプライヤーは限定されています。そのため、バイイングパワーの強い国内外の大手競合企業に負けずに、如何に量産品を安定供給することができるかということが重要なミッションとなります。更に、日本の宇宙開発は政府の宇宙戦略基金の創設や予算拡充により、これまでにない追い風を受けています。新たなロケットシステム開発をはじめ、これまで以上に大型で難易度の高いプロジェクトへの挑戦や民間ビジネスとしての拡大が見込まれており、新たなサプライヤーの開拓からコスト意識を持ったサプライチェーンの立ち上げおよび調達戦略の立案～実務までを設計・開発部門を始めとしたステークホルダーを巻き込みながら、担当いただきます。調達額も増加傾向にあり、規模の大きいかつダイナミックな調達業務に携わっていただきます。
