Responsibilities

• 高周波フィルタコンポーネントエンジニアとして、サプライヤー／OSATなど海外の取引先と交渉し、高周波デバイスの調達を支援していただきます。

＜技術評価・選定業務＞

• SAW、BAW、SPnT、LNAなど高周波デバイスの技術仕様理解および特性評価
• 顧客要求仕様やシステム要件を踏まえた最適デバイス構成の検討、企画提案
• 新規サプライヤー／新デバイスの技術デューデリジェンスおよび採用可否判断

＜技術的調達・交渉支援＞

• サプライヤーとの技術ディスカッションを通じた仕様すり合わせ
• 技術的観点からのコスト構造理解および価格交渉支援
• セカンドソース戦略やサプライチェーンリスク低減に向けた検討

＜社内連携・技術基盤構築＞

• 設計部門、製品開発部門、生産技術部門との連携による部材採用推進マネジメント
• 高周波デバイスの技術ロードマップ整理、市場・技術動向の社内展開
• 技術課題や不具合発生時の要因解析および対策立案支援

Requirements

必須条件：

• 高周波デバイスのうちSAW,BAW,RFModule,Switch,LNA,PAのいずれかの設計・開発経験ないし技術購買や技術企画の経験（目安3年以上）
• 英語力：資料作成やメール等文面の読み書きが行えるレベル（目安：TOEIC(R)テスト600/CEFR B1）
