2) 副原料・触媒等／消耗品類の調達に関する統括管理担当者支援、サプライヤ評価・関係強化、コスト最適化、BCP観点でのソース強化
3) 調達企画・ガバナンス購買プロセス/規程整備、競争購買・VE/VA推進(※)、新規サプライヤ開拓
※コスト・品質・納期を考慮した調達改善や、設備・資材の見直し提案コンプライアンス/CSR調達対応、関連部門（工務・生産技術・製造・法務・経理等）との連携強化
■就業環境：残業20時間、フレックスタイム制（コアタイムなし）、在宅勤務制度（週2回まで）
■組織構成営業推進部は16名で構成されております。（本社6名／四日市工場6名／千葉工場4名）
■本ポジションの魅力設備投資・修繕／工事の中～大型案件を中心に、会社のコスト・リスク・プロジェクト進捗に直結する意思決定に関与できます。
本社機能として各工場・関係部署と連携し、調達戦略/プロセス整備など企画面も含めて経験を広げられるポジションです。
