■具体的な業務内容
グループ全体の間接材支出を可視化し、コスト削減機会を特定
マーケット分析やビジネスニーズ（仕様）の把握、ステークホルダーとの協働により、カテゴリー戦略を策定
グローバル・BU横断のRFP、e-Auctionの設計・運営
高度な交渉スキルを活かし、価格・契約条件双方で価値を最大化
プロセス標準化、購買規程整備、デジタルツール導入を推進
コスト最適化により、営業利益拡大やキャッシュフロー改善を実現し、会社に貢献する
※業務の優先度やチーム内バランスにより、アサインメントは別途検討予定

Responsibilities: 業務内容：
カスタマーサポート業務＆ベンダー管理
内部カスタマーの要望に素早く対応/お客様課題を共に解決するためのコーディネート全般必要に応じて社内関連部署とのコーディネーションをリード
相手のニーズを的確に、正確に、迅速に把握し、納期までに回答

ベンダーとの良好な関係構築に必要なコーディネーション実施デイリー業務において、ベンダーに必要な情報をタイムリーに提供
適切な指示をタイムリーに実施し、信頼関係を構築

社内関連部門とのメール対応/電話対応社内関係部門（Regulated Affairs, CS, Sales, SC, QA, Distribution）とのやりとり
各国の輸出入担当者とのやり取り
APACグローバル担当部門からの問い合わせ対応

輸出入貿易管理
オペレーション業務商品の輸出入、及び三国間輸送スケジュールに基づいた、社内管理リスト類の定期的なアップデート業務

フォワーダーとの協業、及びベンダーマネージメント輸出入通関に関する申告書類の作成、チェック、スケジュール管理等の貿易事務業務
HSコードの管理
船積書類の作成及び、通関前輸入書類のチェック、及び通関指示
ディストリビューションセンターへの配送指示/入荷スケジュールの管理
ＫＰＩに基づいたフォワーダーパフォーマンスのモニター/管理

輸出入の法令順守に関する業務関連他法令について、必要に応じて行政へ確認
Trade Compliance関連の情報について、チームメンバーに必要なインプットを実施
上記各業務に関連した、デイリー/ウィクリー/マンスリーのレポーティング
システムを使用し経産省へ承認依頼の実施

継続的改善自担当域、及びチーム業務の改善活動への参加と実施（例：マクロやPower BI等のデスクトップアプリを使用し、業務プロセスのデジタル自動化推進）

■ポジションについて
ワイヤ・ケーブル、チューブ・継手等を中心とする自社製品に必要な原材料の調達購買担当として、スキル・ご経験に応じて、次の業務をお任せします。
■具体的な業務内容
事業戦略に基づいたグローバル調達戦略企画の立案・実行
グローバルサプライチェーンマネジメント（樹脂、導体、基盤、コネクタ等の原材料調達・生産・物流・納品まで一連のプロセス全体の統括と適正化を図る）
サプライヤー管理（原材料の最適な仕入れ先の検索・選定・評価）
購買管理（必要な原材料を、世界市場から最適な品質、価格および納期で調達）
外注管理（原材料を安定的に、アメリカ、中国、東南アジア等の海外外注先から調達）
