■業務内容：保守部品の需給プランニング業務を通じて、グローバルレベルでの安定供給及びOperationの効率化を実現します。保守部品の需給プランニング業務（倉庫業者との在庫管理業務含む）
製販在のデータ分析を通じた在庫最適化スキームの立案と実行
保守部品販売先となる国内外グループ会社との連携や業務フローの改善
供給に対する顧客（半導体メーカー）のニーズや課題に対しての解決策の提案と実行
管理職候補としてチームリーダーとしてメンバーに対する業務割振や業務管理の実施

■業務内容：当社SCM部は、製品を中心にディマンド・サプライプランニング（需給計画）、輸出入貿易、ロジスティクス等、サプライチェーン全体の管理をしています。
今回は物流/ロジスティックス領域の戦略・企画を立案推進し、事業成長とグローバル展開に対応した物流オペレーション及びサプライチェーンの最適化をリードしていただくポジションです。

【主な業務】物流に関する短期・中長期の物流戦略の企画立案および推進
SCM、営業マーケティング、薬事、海外事業など複数部門横断でのプロジェクトリーダー
生産・需給計画を踏まえた最適な物流ネットワーク、在庫配置、輸配送スキームの構築、リードタイム削減の推進
国内外拠点（倉庫・工場・3PL）におけるオペレーション改善、コスト最適化の推進
新製品・新拠点立ち上げにおける物流要件の策定とプロセス設計
外部パートナー（3PL、フォワーダー等）との新たなパートナーシップ構築

数値分析から、関連会社やパートナー企業と共に積極的に改善提案に参画いただきます。
また業務拡大に伴い物流拠点、配送手段の追加などを行っており、このプロジェクト活動にも参加いただくことになります。
■具体的な業務内容
運用システム要件定義～検証計画～実装計画立案
運用システムの策定、改修
新規・既存の物流倉庫内、配送プロセスの運用設計、導入支援
物流品質、コスト改善の提案と実装
物流倉庫のかかわるProjectリード
業務プロセス改善活動として現場作業の効率化等の実践
物流センターにおけるイレギュラー処理全般の管理、改善
担当チーム内における業務進捗管理
各種資料作成（顧客向け資料・部内KPI資料他）
業務委託先のオペレーション管理・指導・改善及びKPI管理・分析、コスト管理
対顧客対応（各種報告業務、新規案件運用構築等）

原料購買Gはカテゴリー戦略・サプライヤーマネジメントを主導し、COGS、品質、安定供給、イノベーション、ESGなど、経営に直結するKPI管理、目標達成に責任のあるポジションです。

原料購買領域の新規開発購買業務の実行と管理
カテゴリー戦略に基づいたソーシング方針の立案・実行
製品原価と部門KPIを満たす購入条件の実現
購買業務全般の管理
引先のパフォーマンス管理、新規取引先の開拓・導入
資材カテゴリー戦略の立案
CRの立案と実行
値上げアボイダンス対応、交渉
購買ガバナンス対応（下請け法・独占禁止法順守、公取指針対応等）
※値上げ対応・交渉の業務割合が多く、新規取引先の開拓などは年に1～2件程度となります。
