■業務内容：
ロジスティックス担当、担当課長として、INBOUND/OUTBOUND/WAREHOUSE/DISTRIBUTION を含めた原料、中間製品、完成品のロジスティックス戦略の物流設計、コーディネーション及び、外部及び内部倉庫保管オペレーション管理を担当し、安全、品質を維持しつつ同社製品が GMP、GDP に基づき安定的且つ効率的に輸送、保管、供給されることを目的とする。
■具体的な業務内容：
物流設計 :

Global Logistics、関連部門と連携し、輸入原薬・中間品に関する業者、輸送ルート、方法、機器等、最適化を行う
O2C、Affiliate、関係各部門と連携し、完成品輸送に関する業者、輸送ルート、方法、機器等、最適化を行う

物流業務・倉庫運営 :

GDP 組織内の物流担当として参画し、日本イーライリリーの GDP の構築及び維持を行うと共に、ガイドラインに即した物流・倉庫業務を運営する
安全パトロールや Material Handling Safety Team への参画を通じ、倉庫オペレーションにおける安全衛生に関する意識向上及び安全管理を行う
保管、物流において、社内品質、安全、セキュリティ基準及びその他監督官庁等の社外基準の要求事項を把握し、ギャップがあればその改善を行う
関連する業務の SOP の維持管理を行う
担当する業務において、逸脱報告、変更管理を実施する
外部委託業者統括に責任を持ち、JPT 運営、KPI 等の管理を通じ倉庫オペレーションを適切に運営する
社内・社外倉庫の保管キャパシティをモニタリングし、社内関係各所と連携・負荷調整を行い、キャパシティ内での倉庫運営を行い、コンプライアンスを維持する
社内・社外倉庫の中長期プランの策定とキャパシティ管理、ロジスティックスパートナーを戦略的に選定する
入荷便、定期便、移管便の手配・調整を行い、タイムリーな入出庫が可能な環境を構築する
外部業者等を通じ、棚卸、在庫照合、廃棄処理、不適合品管理を含めた在庫管理を適切に行う
システム面でのマスターデータ管理、またパワーユーザーとなり、倉庫システムの稼働を支援する
SME として GQS304 の Gap Assessment に責任を持つ
