Korea consumer / customer expectation is critical for further Asia growth. This position is important to ensure the success of supply planning with new customers including new channels and new products (10-20SKUs in total).As for supply network, external manufactures (EMs) are critical business drivers adding current supply network from China or Europe. Asia business plans to expand utilization of EMs in Asia (outside China) by leveraging local sourcing benefits. This position manages some of logistics / supply planning roles related to new EMs.
Main responsibilities:
Inventory pipeline planning for South Korea marketPlan inventory pipeline and achieve good balance among service, capacity, Non-Quality cost and cash.
Calculate order volume and communicate to outside Korea sourcing factories enhancing systems (SAP, etc.)
Build constructive relationship with sourcing counterparts to maintain high operational quality and future improvement.
Track & Analyse Customer Service Level, Aging Inventory & Overall Inventory level, and drive improvement.
Be a good partner of Korea demand team to manage OOS risks and aging items.
