地域または運営単位レベルでのコモディティ戦略を実行し、集中型またはセンター主導のコモディティ調達を管理、契約交渉、サプライヤー管理、業界規制の遵守を行います。

■ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with Category Management and provide input to create and refine global Category Strategies. Implement Commodity Strategy on local level following the Target Operating Model (TOM) including, creating and optimizing Sourcing Cards, documenting savings and identifying potential efficiencies.
Execute sourcing activities within the markets as identifying and driving projects across commodities within their responsibility to achieve Sourcing-relevant goals like automation, spend consolidation and supplier optimization. Continuously leverage market opportunities and bring strong negotiation skills to add value for the business while maximizing implementation and usage of Master Services Agreements (MSAs) and Frame Services Agreements (FSAs).
Measure and track performance against key sourcing metrics, including, for example, automation efficiency.
Progress on the consolidation roadmap. Develop and update the category strategy to optimize spend and align with business and local market needs. Ensure strict adherence to the global category strategy implementation.
Understand and promote the Strategy and the Value proposition of Sourcing towards Business Partners, aligning and sharing sourcing priorities with Business Partners to achieve Sourcing-relevant goals through advanced Sourcing Excellence.
Collaborate with local Business Partners to ensure procurement activities align with their needs and the company’s overall goals; setting joint targets, aligning sourcing projects while understanding business strategies and demand forecast to proactively drive improvements.
Ensure that the strategy and value proposition of sourcing are clearly understood and embraced by business partners.

■Accountabilities
Create and maintain balanced supply plans for AI and FF&P over current season and 24-month horizon, ensuring alignment with agreed S&OP plans and stock policies. Integrate both domestic production and import supply sources.

Develop company warehouse strategies to ensure appropriate warehouse capacity based on the forecast of warehouse utilization by taking initiative with logistics operation
Control the short-term stock level among each warehouse to avoid out of stock by considering the cost of stock movement from warehouse to warehouse
Optimize the stock management process among each warehouse by leading all end-to-end supply chain teams including supply planning, logistics operation, 3PL and CS.
Establish appropriate inventory levels by closely working Pillars, Finance, demand planning, supply planning and logistics operations and review regularly
Join S&OP processes as key participant to update warehouse capacity situation with action required and to support business activities
Take the lead on mid-long term, supply stability action which is related to the Warehouse capacity and forecast of warehouse utilization. Periodically facilitate the communication session with the
Pillar, BP&O, demand planning, supply planning and logistics operation and share the key points with transparency.
Maintain the stock data between, Physical/ ERP / WMS to keep a data accuracy and take the initiative to follow-up on root causes analysis and work cross-functionally to work on the process improvement

■Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain automated dashboards and reporting for Supply & Inventory Planning (Power BI, Excel) to improve visibility and operational efficiency
Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and transform data from ERP, BI data sources, and other relevant systems for ad-hoc analyses and recurring reporting
Develop robust data models and standard definitions (e.g., inventory status, service level, lead time) to ensure one source of truth across stakeholders
Partner with Supply & Inventory Planners and cross-functional teams to identify issues, quantify impacts, and recommend actions (e.g., excess mitigation, inventory optimization, parameter updates etc)
Monitor and improve data quality (master data and transactional data) and document reporting logic to ensure reliable planning and business decisions
Support Supply & Inventory Planners to maintain accurate master data in a timely manner (e.g., item/supplier parameters, lead times, MOQ etc) and establish simple validation checks
Drive work optimization by identifying repetitive reporting/process tasks and supporting automation initiatives using AI (Copilot) and RPA (e.g., Power Automate, UiPath) in collaboration with planners and relevant functions

■Responsibilities
