Calculate allocations by distribution channels depending on Brand strategies for Novelties and key references under supply tensions
Propose solutions to arbitrate correctly the stocks between distribution channels
Support roll-out of replenishment to stores project efficiency (like counter auto-replenishment) depending on Brand’s strategy.

Manage intercompany orders and import logistics operations to ensure compliant and on-time delivery. Work effectively with 4PL vendors and regional/global supply teams to drive operational efficiency.
Communicating regional supply planner for imported materials and toll manufacturer for domestically produced materials to ensure right products are supplied at right time, including detailed scheduling where needed, including executing all necessary transactions (PO, GR, GI) around in compliant manner.
Identify supply constraints proactively across all supply sources (import, domestic production, AI availability). Flag issues to appropriate stakeholders and contribute to creating mitigation options/scenarios. Raise critical issues in monthly Requirements & Operations Planning (ROP) meetings.
Coordinate agricultural product label creation and revision processes, working with Regulatory, Marketing and other related functions, to ensure timely execution aligned with business and regulatory requirements in compliant way.
Monitor inventory KPI against targets and create scenarios to optimize the balance between service levels, cost, and working capital.
Review and maintain planning master data & product master data periodically, ensuring all relevant supply processes are rightly in place to meet customer requirement.
Coordinate monthly reconciliation of inventory at toller sites and port warehouses. Support physical inventory counts based on stock counting policy.
Drive continuous improvement in planning processes and operational efficiency. Identify opportunities to leverage technology and cross-functional collaboration to improve productivity.
Ensure all planning operations comply with the company's MRP philosophies & principles, Trade & Customs requirements, HSE standards, and regulatory requirements.

■Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain automated dashboards and reporting for Supply & Inventory Planning (Power BI, Excel) to improve visibility and operational efficiency
Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and transform data from ERP, BI data sources, and other relevant systems for ad-hoc analyses and recurring reporting
Develop robust data models and standard definitions (e.g., inventory status, service level, lead time) to ensure one source of truth across stakeholders
Partner with Supply & Inventory Planners and cross-functional teams to identify issues, quantify impacts, and recommend actions (e.g., excess mitigation, inventory optimization, parameter updates etc)
Monitor and improve data quality (master data and transactional data) and document reporting logic to ensure reliable planning and business decisions
