■Responsibilities

Develop robust data models and standard definitions (e.g., inventory status, service level, lead time) to ensure one source of truth across stakeholders
Partner with Supply & Inventory Planners and cross-functional teams to identify issues, quantify impacts, and recommend actions (e.g., excess mitigation, inventory optimization, parameter updates etc)
Monitor and improve data quality (master data and transactional data) and document reporting logic to ensure reliable planning and business decisions
Support Supply & Inventory Planners to maintain accurate master data in a timely manner (e.g., item/supplier parameters, lead times, MOQ etc) and establish simple validation checks
Drive work optimization by identifying repetitive reporting/process tasks and supporting automation initiatives using AI (Copilot) and RPA (e.g., Power Automate, UiPath) in collaboration with planners and relevant functions

■ポジションについて
間接購買のセグメントリーダーとして、神奈川県にある工場、R&D拠点を含む各サイトにおける間接購買活動の統括をお任せします。
製品原価に直接影響する直接購買とは異なり、間接購買は、派遣社員、IT、設備、イベント運営など、会社のスムーズな運営に欠かせない分野を最適化することに重点を置いています。
このポジションは、単に見積もりを取得して発注処理を行うだけでなく、調達戦略の立案、競争環境の構築、交渉、ガバナンスなどを含む、コンサルティング要素の強い戦略的な購買リーダーです。
■Responsibilities
Leading the Indirect Purchasing Segment Oversee indirect purchasing requests across the company sites in Kanagawa
Ensure QCD performance targets are met for both mass production and projects
Manage purchasing KPIs and plan/implement improvement initiatives

Sourcing & Creating Competitive Environments Plan and execute RFI/RFP/RFQ processes and establish sourcing conditions ensuring competitiveness
Conduct bid analyses during supplier selection
Conduct auctions or negotiations on price and terms as necessary

Supplier Management Negotiate contracts with suppliers (e.g., VRF, logistics requirements)
Monitor supplier performance and lead improvement initiatives
Identify risk suppliers, implement corrective plans, and ensure ethical and legal compliance

Collaboration with Internal and External Stakeholders Provide consultation and purchasing advice to site personnel
Coordinate with Project Buyers
Report to a headquarters (GSD Purchasing Department)
Lead and support decision-making in Sourcing Committees

Mid- to Long-Term Strategy & Data Management Develop medium-term procurement budgets and productivity improvement plans
Manage and analyze purchasing spend and market trend data
Develop segment strategies and obtain GSD approval

主要客先や国内製鉄メーカーとの価格交渉、及び船積手配等の貿易実務を土台とした鋼材輸出、三国間商売等を行うトレーディング業務を行っていただきます。
輸送インフラ鋼材であるレール等が取り扱い製品です。客先・鉄鋼メーカーを主体的にリードしながら、また社内外の関係者を巻き込みながら案件を纏め上げる役割を担っていただきます。
