■ポジション概要
円滑な国際物流をマネジメントするリーダーをお任せ。
海外との電話や会議が頻繁にあります。
※関数を用いたデータ分析経験・プランニングのOAスキル歓迎
■具体的な業務内容
協力会社との関係構築国内には通関業者、輸送業者、倉庫会社などの協力会社が多数あるため、適切な指示をスピーディに出しながら、全体をマネジメントして頂きます。
米国本社とも連携し、協力会社と円滑な国際物流構築を目指します。

チームマネジメント普段はチームから上がってきた相談やエスカレーションに対応。
原因を特定したら、社内や米国本社、協力会社など世界中の関係者を巻き込んで問題解決を図ります。
海外とは定例ミーティングを行っているほか、現地へ赴いて視察を行うこともあります。

Responsibilities: 当社診断試薬を遅滞なく医療機関・検査センターへ供給するため、特約店からの発注をタイムリーかつ正確に処理し物流側へ連携、問題発生時には解決を行う。社内では受発注データを管理するとともにプロセス改善のために活用して受発注業務の生産性・効率性の向上を行うポジション。
業務内容：
試薬・機器の受注業務に関し、担当者では対応できない場合の対処、意思決定、および上司へのエスカレーション製品の受発注に関する卸（特約店）との折衝
営業等からの製品受発注・変更に関する課題
出荷先の新規・変更に伴うシステム等、受発注方法のセットアップ

■ポジションについて
日本における購買支出額について、統括部内のメンバーやAPACのソーシングチームと連携しながら購買関連業務のリードをお任せします。
調達プロセスとガバナンス、オペレーション効率と改善、コスト削減、キャッシュ改善、資本管理、サプライベース最適化、サプライヤー管理、品質・納期サポート、取引先のサービスレベル向上など、日本における購買目標を多角的に達成することで、ビジネスリーダーやステークホルダーの期待に応えビジネスの成長に貢献する役割を担います。
■具体的な業務内容
購買部門のマネージャーとして、部門メンバーのサポート
購買部門のメンバーや関連部門と協業しながらビジネスに合致した購買戦略を策定し、策定した戦略に沿ったアクションプランを遂行することにより部門価値の創出
SCM 部などと協業しながら、サプライチェーンの最適化の推進
購買部門として、生産性とキャッシュフロー改善を進めることで会社のP&Lへ貢献

取引先の契約と供給条件について必要な交渉を実行
