担当カテゴリにおける調達動向を分析し、戦略的な提言を実施
サプライヤーセグメンテーションおよび戦略目標設定への参画
グローバル／リージョナルカテゴリマネージャーおよび社内関係者と連携し、カテゴリ戦略を策定・検証
コストマネジメント・分析業務:
カテゴリ別のコスト削減・収益改善レバーを特定・評価
カテゴリ目標（コスト削減・KPI・スコアカード）を推進
市場動向、価格トレンド等のマーケットインテリジェンスを社内顧客へ提供
グローバル市場に整合したShould?Costモデルを活用したコスト分析の実施
交渉業務:
契約更新、条件変更、価格再交渉等における交渉を主導または参画
RFQ等のソーシングイベントをリードし、統合的な交渉を実施
コスト削減目標および契約要件を交渉に反映
担当カテゴリにおける契約戦略を策定し、契約条件の交渉、管理、遵守を徹底

Responsibilities: 同社は、流体機械の製造を中心とした日本の機械メーカーです。
新会社を設立するにあたり、調達部門の立ち上げ準備及び、既存ポンプ事業の調達に携わり、
調達部門のマネジメント（課長）として活躍していただける方を募集します。

■業務内容（入社半年間）
新会社の調達部門立ち上げ準備新会社における調達スキーム構築準備
調達契約業務全般の準備・対応
中小受託取引適正化法（取適法）や調達に関わる各種規制対応や業務関連法規遵守活動推進準備。
取引先管理（取引先情報の収集／分析、BCP、個別課題への対応等）
新会社設立を前提にした調達戦略立案策定（部品別、取引先別戦略の策定）

既存ポンプ事業での調達業務把握（新会社と既存ポンプ事業での業務連携が必須となるため）

■業務内容（半年以降）
新会社に出向いただき、モータ事業及び既存のポンプ事業の「調達業務」全般をお任せします。
譲渡元業務を引き継いだ後、調達部門にて安定生産を可能にするサプライチェーンを新たに構築いただきます。
調達・契約業務全般（鋳物・機械加工等の加工外注や組立外注等）
競争見積や価格査定に基づいた交渉等による調達価格の低減活動や製品設計部門と連携したVE手法を用いた原価低減活動の推進・実行
調達戦略立案・実行管理（部品別、取引先別戦略の策定）
中小受託取引適正化法（取適法）や調達に関わる各種規制対応や業務関連法規遵守活動推進
取引先管理（取引先情報の収集／分析、BCP、個別課題への対応等）
新会社における調達スキーム構築、調達品管

Responsibilities: 輸出管理室に所属いただき、社内における適切な輸出管理の実施および管理レベルの向上をミッションとして、下記業務をお任せします。
ルール:
日本および各国の輸出管理法令の内容や改正状況の調査を実施し、必要な社内規定の整備・更新を推進します（外為法、EAR（米国再輸出規制）、中国再輸出規制、各国の輸出管理法令）。
監視:
輸出取引ごとに「該非判定」および「取引審査」を実施します。
【該非判定】：営業部門等が輸出する「貨物」や「技術」がリスト規制に該当するか否かについて事業部門が判定し、輸出管理室はその判定内容の妥当性を最終確認します。【取引審査】：営業部門等が起案した取引審査票に基づき、「需要者」や「用途」が規制対象か否かを事業部門が審査し、輸出管理室が最終審査を実施します。監査:
「該非判定」および「取引審査」等が各国法令および各社規程に従って適切に実施されているか、定期的にチェックを行います。
教育:
輸出管理法令に対する理解促進を図り、輸出管理レベルを向上させるため、対象者のニーズに応じた教育機会やメニューを提供します。
