は、

■職務概要
最適な供給計画の策定及び適正在庫の維持・関係部門と連携・問題解決・SCM KPI/ビジネスターゲットの達成する ・業務プロセス改善と効率化・チームのマネジメントと部下の業務管理と育成
グループの責任者として、以下の部門業務を管理・リードし、会社のビジネスターゲット達成に貢献する重要な役割です。メンバーの業務管理や課題解決をサポートし、目標達成に向けた育成を行うことで、チームの成長と成果の最大化を実現
■具体的な業務内容
委託製造先への支給する中間品・原材料の在庫管理・購買・支給計画作成
国内・海外取引先への社内システム（SAP・Rapid Response）を使用した発注および納期管理
適切な供給と在庫管理による安定供給の維持とキャッシュフローの改善の両立する
安定供給懸念に対する問題解決およびアクション調整（取引先への納期調整、社内関連部署との対応調整等）
新製品上市及びビジネスや製造等の変更に対応する在庫調整計画・手配、関連部門とのスケジュール調整、供給に関連するプロジェクトの参画
グループ内製造所・社内関係各所・取引先への連絡・交渉・調整
S&OPを推進し、SCM KPIの達成を実現
