■業務内容：
ロジスティクスプロセスチームリーダーとして、関連部門のSMEから構成クロスファンクショナルチームをリードし、INBOUND/OUTBOUND/WAREHOUSE/DISTRIBUTIONを含めた原料、中間製品、完成品の内部倉庫運用管理、委託業務先管理、及び外部倉庫管理、ロジスティックス戦略の物流設計、コーディネーションを通じ、安全、品質維持を中心に同社の製品がGMP、GDPに安定した国民的効率製造、輸送、保管、供給されることを目的とする。
■具体的な業務内容：
ロジスティックプロセスチーム運営:

組織内のチームメンバーを指導、コーチング、評価して、各自の成長の促進、各自の目標、チームとしての成功の達成に責任を負う
ロジスティックスプロセスチームとして物流部門のプロセス、環境、機器維持に責任を負う
ロジスティックプロセスチームとして社内関係部門担当者とのクロスファンクショナルな会議体を形成、運営を行う
ロジスティックプロセスチームとしてメトリックスを設定、日常管理システムを確立、管理し、継続的な改善を行う
ロジスティックプロセスチームで発生した問題、課題に対して、クロスファンクショナルなチームで問題解決、課題達成をリードする
フローチームのメンバーとして、フローチームの期待値をロジスティックスプロセスチームに落とし込み、またロジスティックスプロセスチームからの報告・説明責任を負う

物流業務・倉庫運営：

安全パトロールやマテリアルハンドリング安全チームへの参加を通じ、倉庫運営における安全衛生に関する意識向上及び安全管理を行う
保管、において、社内品質、安全、セキュリティ基準及びその他監督官庁等の社外基準の要求事項を把握し、ギャップがあればその改善を行う
TAPA及び関連社内基準に持続倉庫及びロジスティクスセキュリティに対する責任を負う
関連する業務のSOPの維持管理責任を負う
ロジスティクス関連業務に関して、逸脱報告、変更管理責任を負う
外部委託業者統括に責任を持ち、JPT運営、KPI等の管理を通じた倉庫運営を正しく運営する
社内・社外倉庫の保管キャパシティモニタリング、社内関係各所と連携・負荷調整を行い、キャパシティ内の倉庫運営を行い、コンプライアンスを維持する責任を負う
入荷便、定期便、移管便の負荷調整を速やかにタイムリーな入庫が可能な環境を構築する責任を負う
外部業者等を通じ、棚卸し、在庫照合、廃棄処理、不適合品管理を含めた在庫管理に責任を負う
GDP組織内の物流担当として参画し、日本イーライリリーのGDPの構築及び維持を行うとともに、ガイドラインに即した物流・倉庫業務を運営する

物流設計：

SP、BPを許容される想定される物量を予測し、西神における生産をサポートするために必要な倉庫、マテリアルフローキャパシティを、Global Logistics、関連部門と連携し最適化を行う
O2C、Affiliate、関係各部門と連携し、完成品輸送に関する業者、輸送ルート、方法、機器等、最適化を行う

グローバル物流連携：

Global Logisticsとの直接の窓口として日本とグローバル物流の整合性を図りGlobal Lillyの視点から物流の全体最適化に貢献する
Global Logisticsと連携し、Global Logistics主導の取り組みの日本への展開を行い、ロジスティックの最適化を取り組む
