Responsibilities

• 調達業務プロセス部門におけるマネジメントを行います。
• 海外メンバーを含めた社内関連部門と連携し、グローバルで効率の良い調達業務プロセスを新規作成します。
• 社内外の変化を把握し、環境変化を織り込んだ既存業務プロセスの改廃を行います。
• 作成・改廃した調達業務プロセスについて、関連部門に対する教育を実施します。

Requirements

必須条件：

• 小規模組織（5名以上）でのマネジメント経験：係長職以上 orそれに相当するプロジェクトマネジメント実績など
• 調達業務の経験がある方
• TOEIC(R)テスト600点以上の英語力：海外メンバーと業務上問題なくコミュニケーション出来るレベル
• ビジネスレベルの日本語能力（日本語検定1級）
