Responsibilities

• エアバッグ、ステアリングホイール、シートベルトの購買業務をご担当いただきます。
• 購買戦略の立案および実行
• 年次原価低減やVA/VEなどの原価低減活動（価格交渉）原材料メーカー含む。
• サプライヤーとの長期取引契約条件の取り決め
• サプライチェーンの管理
• QCD全般を通じてのサプライヤー改善活動のリード
• 新規部品の見積もり査定と購入先選定
• ソーシング先の選定
• 上記は全て海外を含むグローバル業務です。日本語および英語で各種交渉をご担当していただきます。
• 上司、同僚はすべて海外拠点にいますので、日常の業務もすべて英語での対応になります。

Requirements

• 調達・購買等のサプライチェーンに関する業務経験　もしくは、原価やコストに関する知識や経験をお持ちの方（年数不問）
• 日本語、英語での各種交渉経験（例：価格交渉、納期交渉など）
• コミュニケーション能力、調整力に優れた方
• 業務での英語使用経験（メール、資料作成、会議、プレゼン、議論）
• 海外出張（1週間程度）、英語でのオンライン会議（夜含む・その際リモート可能）ができる方
• 普通自動車運転免許
• 論理的に思考し、物事を体系的に整理することができる方【論理的思考】
