Responsibilities

• 統合調達部において、調達部門の業務システム（主にSAP）を中心とした運用サポートおよび改善業務を担当いただきます。
• 調達部で使用している SAP の運用・保守サポート
• システムマスタの登録・更新・整備
• システム障害・トラブル発生時の一次対応
• 業務フローに基づく各種データ確認や分析
• 調達部とシステム部門の橋渡し役として要件整理
• 業務プロセスの改善提案（デジタル化・効率化推進）

Requirements

• パソコンの操作：ExcelなどのOffice系ソフトの扱いができること
• ビジネス英語を読み書きできる、理解できること
• システムを触るのが好き、データを見るのが好き
• 「もっと効率よくできないか？」を考えるのが得意
• コミュニケーションを取りながら仕事を進められる方
• 目的を理解したうえで、ルール作りや改善に前向きな方
• 将来のキャリア形成に向けてスキルを伸ばしたい方

歓迎条件:

• SAP（MM、SD、PP、FIなど）いずれかの実務経験
• システム運用・マスタ管理の経験
• 業務改善や効率化プロジェクトへの参加経験
• 調達部、購買部、SCM領域の業務理解
