■職務内容：マーケティング担当者として、担当する領域におけるIT研修およびビジネス研修の売上目標達成をサポートしていただきます。お客様に商品情報を適切に伝え、Web売上やお問い合わせの増加を図ることが主な役割です。約10の領域に分かれた自社商品をそれぞれ担当し、担当する領域において、主にWeb経由での売上向上やお問い合わせの獲得を目指し、各種KPIの改善に向けたマーケティング施策を実施していただきます。
現状把握：担当領域（例：AWS関連研修、ビジネス研修）の、WEB売上状況、及び各種KPIの把握
戦略立案：WEB売上、および有効問合せ数の目標設定、実現方法の立案
戦略実行：他部門（営業担当・商品担当）や部内の専門家（例：SEO担当／セミナー担当／ブログ担当）の協力を得ながら、各施策を実行
進捗確認／改善：適宜上長や関係者と状況共有・相談のうえ、必要に応じて改善
■入社後のフロー：1ヶ月：先輩社員から業務内容習得（OJT）。3ヶ月：担当領域にて、目標設定・活動プラン作成とその実行。6ヶ月：担当領域にて、洞察を深め、各種施策を立案し、周囲を巻き込みながら遂行。※具体的なマーケティング業務（サイト流入増、商談獲得施策等は、部内の専門家のサポートを受けることができます。）
