Responsibilities

※本ポジションは当社で採用後、グループ企業へ在籍出向となります。
■業務内容：当ポジションの主な使命は、同社での家電の販売を拡大することです。これを達成するために、同社および大手家電量販店の各部門と協力して以下の業務をお任せします。

• 販売計画の策定
• 販売目標を達成するためのプロモーション戦略の企画、実行、評価
• 市場分析の実施
• 機能やサービスの企画

チームは小規模な組織であるため、メンバーは複数の役割を担うことが期待されます。また、ビジネスは単一の会社として運営されているため、損益管理も重要であり、柔軟かつダイナミックに働く機会があります。

Requirements

■必須条件：

• 営業やマーケティングなどのビジネス関連分野での実務経験
• 基本的なPCスキル（Excel、PowerPointなど）
• 3年以上の職務経験

■歓迎条件：

• 小売業界でのマーチャンダイジング経験
• SQLなどのデータ分析ツールの知識
• 新サービスの立ち上げ経験
• プログラミングの知識
