Responsibilities

【韓国コスメ向け営業】韓国コスメブランドの日本展開支援として、SNS・インフルエンサー・マス広告を組み合わせた統合マーケティング提案を担当。現地ブランド担当者との調整、クリエイターキャスティング、効果分析を通してブランド価値を最大化。営業・企画・制作を横断して活躍します。【グループサービス向け営業】グループ内の各事業に対し、SNS・インフルエンサー施策を組み込んだマーケティング提案を実施。SNS・インフルエンサー施策に加え、同社が保有する膨大な顧客データと各事業のアセットを最大限に活用した、データドリブンな統合マーケティング戦略を立案・実行します。事業課題の深いヒアリングから、KPI設計、最適なチャネル選定、施策運用、効果分析、そして次なる戦略提案までを一貫して担当。同社グループ全体の事業成長を最前線でリードする、非常に戦略的で影響力の大きい業務です。【西日本営業】西日本エリアの企業や店舗に対して、SNS・インフルエンサー施策を提案。YouTubeやInstagramを活用した販促企画立案、キャンペーン運用、効果分析を実施。事業部や制作チームと連携し、クライアントの成長を支援します。

Requirements

必須条件:

• 法人営業または広告・メディア業界での営業経験3年以上

歓迎条件:

• 職種／業界：デジタル広告、SNSマーケティング、PR、メディア業界での営業経験
• スキル／経験：
  • デジタル広告の企画営業または運用経験
  • 運用型広告（リスティング・SNS・動画広告等）の運用実務経験
  • インフルエンサー広告の企画・提案・進行経験
  • 小規模チーム（3～5名程度）のマネジメントまたはリーダー経験
