他のプロジェクトTPM（テクニカルプロジェクトマネージャー）と協力し、社内外からの変更要求を評価したうえで、バリデーション計画やコストを柔軟に見直す

レポーティング：システムバリデーション全体の進捗状況や性能KPIを、システムプロジェクトマネージャーへ報告
システムヴァリデーションに関する顧客とのやり取りを行い、性能KPIの合意、テスト方針の説明、共同テストの計画・実施

■業務内容：
日本の自動車メーカーと同社の戦略的な橋渡し役として、電子インナーミラーや新製品の開発を主導いただきます。
顧客視点に立った開発を先導することで、顧客との信頼関係を構築・維持し、同社の技術・品質の価値を高めていく役割を担います。
また、米国本社の設計成果物を補完し、文化や業務プロセスの違いを調整しながら、円滑な開発推進を実現することも本ポジションの目的です。
■具体的な業務内容：
日本の OEM 顧客と米国本社の開発チームとの間に立ち、技術的な窓口として顧客のコミュニケーションをリードする
顧客の開発プロセスで要求されるマイルストーンに対し、米国本社を支援する
米国本社からの設計成果物を理解・補完し、顧客との技術的整合性を確保する
顧客要求を正しくタイムリーに理解し米国本社/日本サイドでの共通認識を維持する（顧客要求を正しく理解いただくことが必要です。）
