■ポジションについて
キーアカウント向け営業責任者として、戦略立案から案件獲得、顧客関係構築、組織マネジメントまでを一貫してお任せします。

■Responsibilities
  • Strategy
    • Support the development and execution of mid- to long-term key account strategies aligned with customer requirements. Establish and drive short-, mid-, and long-term plans in line with business objectives. Lead global sales activities for assigned accounts and product segments, with a focus on profitable growth and market share expansion.
  • Budget Management
    • Prepare, review, and manage budgets in coordination with key account and regional stakeholders. Track performance against targets, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions to ensure financial goals are met.
  • Business Development / Project Acquisition
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities from early engagement stages with customers. Evaluate product applicability and define target portfolios based on customer needs. Develop pricing approaches in line with internal guidelines and lead acquisition activities following established development processes.
  • Sales Execution / Project Coordination
    • Drive pricing strategy and ensure alignment across global and regional teams for assigned business areas. Lead contract negotiations and oversee execution with customers. Provide clear direction to internal stakeholders to ensure consistent delivery of sales strategies. Collaborate cross-functionally to address market needs and support development initiatives. Act as project lead for selected development programs as required.
  • Market Analysis
    • Monitor and analyze market trends, customer demand, and competitive landscape. Provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Customer Engagement
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships across multiple levels within customer organizations. Enhance positioning as a trusted business partner through consistent delivery of value.
  • Customer Satisfaction
    • Manage customer feedback and complaint resolution in line with internal standards. Track satisfaction levels and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead and develop team members in alignment with business priorities and account strategies. Foster team performance, engagement, and capability development.
