Responsibilities

業務内容：

• 当社の研究開発（R&I）の技術力や知見を最大限に活用し、外部パートナー（大学・研究機関、スタートアップ、行政など）とのエコシステム構築および共同研究プロジェクトの新規創出・管理を担います。
• ハンズオンマネージャーとして従事していただきます。
• ※上司は国内（日本人）、マトリックス上司はフランス在住となります

Requirements

必須要件：

• R＆I部門での経験（６～９年以上）
• 日本語：ビジネスレベル以上（国内のお客様対応）
• 英語：ビジネスレベル以上（社内メンバーとの定期的な会議や日々のメール、電話、チャットなど対応）
• ０から１を生み出した経験
• 技術開発に留まらず、ビジネスモデルの変革や新たな価値創造までを重視するマインドを持っている方
• プロアクティブに行動する力
• 必須条件を満たす方であれば、業界は問いません
