Responsibilities

• 新製品開発プロジェクトにおける品質戦略立案
• Design Controlプロセスの推進
• 開発レビューへの参画
• 製品ライフサイクル全体の品質保証活動
• 開発チームへの品質面からの助言・支援

2.Design Assurance／Risk Management

• ISO14971に基づくリスクマネジメント
• FMEA等のリスク分析
• Verification & Validation活動のレビュー
• Design Transferプロセス管理
• 品質・安全性評価の推進

3.QMS運営

• 開発部門におけるQMS維持・改善
• ISO13485対応
• SOP・手順書管理
• CAPA・変更管理推進
• 品質指標のモニタリング

4.規制・監査対応

• FDA監査対応
• ISO監査対応
• グローバル品質監査対応
• 是正措置・改善活動推進

5.組織マネジメント

• Design Quality組織の運営
• 人材育成
• グローバル品質組織との連携
• 関係部門とのステークホルダーマネジメント

Requirements

■必須条件：

• 医療機器、医薬品、または規制産業における品質保証経験
• 新製品開発または設計品質に関する経験
• Design Controlの知識・実務経験
• ISO13485およびISO14971の知識
• ビジネスレベルの英語力

■歓迎条件：

• FDA監査対応経験
• Design Assurance経験
• Medical Device NPD経験
• グローバル組織でのマネジメント経験
• Quality Systems構築・改善経験
