Responsibilities

• 人事戦略・組織設計
• 中長期組織戦略の立案、各部門とのアラインメント
• 組織開発（OD）・カルチャー醸成施策
• タレントマネジメント
• ハイポテンシャル選抜、サクセッションプラン策定、世代交代施策策定
• パフォーマンスマネジメント制度の最適化
• 報酬・評価・福利厚生
• 等級／報酬テーブルの制定と運用
• グローバルHRとのアーキテクチャープロジェクト協業による日本版制定
• チームマネジメント
• 人事部門 10名規模のマネジメント、育成
• 予算管理・レポーティング
• 人件費・採用費等の予実管理
• ジャパンプロジェクト（費用低減活動）への参加

Requirements

必須条件：

• 事業会社における人事領域10年以上、うちマネジメント経験5年以上
• 戦略人事またはHRBPとしての実績
• 日本の労働関連法規への深い知見
• ビジネスレベルの英語力（TOEIC 800点目安）の方

歓迎条件：

• クロスボーダーコミュニケーション経験
• MBA／人事関連資格（社会保険労務士、SPHR、キャリアコンサルタント など）
