• 人員計画・人件費管理
• 組織開発・組織異動・昇進昇格管理
• チェンジマネジメント
• タレントマネジメント・サクセッションプランニング
• 中国工場の人事サポート
• アイケア、スマートインフラ以外の各事業部門の人事課題に対するコンサルティング・問題解決支援

Requirements

必須条件：

• 人事企画、グローバル人事、HRBPなどの実務経験をお持ちの方（5年以上）
• 英語力：TOEIC600点以上（経営資料は全て英語ベースのため）
