Responsibilities

専門職としてマネージャーの一定の指揮のもと、以下の報酬制度全般の運用ををメインにリードいただきます。
業務内容：

• 基本給に関係する業務（昇給、昇降格に伴う給与調整、新卒初任給、外部採用時の報酬オファー、給与レンジの管理など）
• 賞与等に関係する業務（STI/賞与、ボーナス、インセンティブなど）
• 外部ベンダーと連携し、給与レンジの作成や修正、STIや総報酬に必要なベンチマークデータの取得とデータ分析・活用を行う。
• ただ、運用をメインにリードいただくものの、仕組みづくりや制度改定にも積極的に関わっていただくことが可能です。
• 新しいチームメンバーのトレーニングや、専門職のリーダーとしての役割を担う場合もあります。

Requirements

必須要件：

• 3年以上の人事領域における職務経験及び、報酬およびC&B（Compensation and Benefits）分野における実務経験、またはそれに準ずる職務経験
• チームで働く上で適切なコミュニケションが取れる方
• ビジネスITスキル（Word、Excecl、PPT、AI等）
• 日本語
• ビジネス中級程度以上の英語力（TOIEC730 ～を目安）
