Today, we handle everything from material development to process technology and production equipment technology, essential for realizing cutting-edge electronics products. We have also entered the environmental and new energy sectors, developing materials for solar cell junctions and LED-related materials. Our main products include anisotropic conductive films, industrial adhesives, and optical films. Our core technologies are material development, manufacturing process technology, molecular and functional design technology, and analysis and evaluation technology. By integrating these technologies, our products have gained high global market shares and are widely adopted by many electronics manufacturers.

Responsibilities

当社では、2024年にスタートした5か年の中期経営計画『進化の実現』の成功に向けて、経営戦略をさらに加速させてまいります。その実現を支える人事基盤の強化を目的とし、新たに人材の採用を開始いたしました。海外人事課は、グローバルに展開する当社にあたって、人材の“橋渡し役”ともいえるポジションです。各国の文化や労務慣習、法制度にも対応する必要があるため、幅広い知識と柔軟な対応力が求められるやりがいのある仕事です。
業務内容：

• 海外赴任・駐在員の管理
  • 社員の海外赴任に関する手続き全般（ビザ取得、労働許可、住居・学校の手配、引越しのサポートなど）を行います。
• グローバル人材戦略の立案
  • 各国の拠点で必要な人材を計画的に配置するための戦略を策定し、実行をサポートします。
• 現地法人との連携
  • 海外拠点の人事担当者と連携し、評価制度や人事ポリシーの統一、課題解決を行います。
• 海外勤務規程の作成と運用
  • 駐在員の処遇や手当などに関する規程の整備と、その遵守状況の確認を行います。
• 語学研修や異文化研修の実施
  • 海外赴任前の準備として、研修を企画・実施することもあります。
• ※上記業務より専門性や志向性に応じてアサイン致します。

Requirements

必須要件：

• グローバル企業や製造業での人事経験
• 海外赴任者の給与・税務・ビザ手続きなどの実務経験
• 英語でのコミュニケーションが可能

歓迎要件：

• JOB型人事制度の導入経験もしくは運用経験
• 人事としての海外駐在経験
• グローバルでのシステムの導入もしくは運用の経験
• 組織マネジメントの経験（対象人数は問いません）
