We are engaged in chat commerce. In Japan, where the working population is rapidly declining, there are opportunities for new inventions. Our company's theme, Communication AI, aims to bestow machines with human conversational abilities. Responsibilities

■業務内容ご経験や適性に応じて、まずは以下の「人事企画・プロセス整備」をメインにお任せします。
1. 人事企画・制度運用（メインミッション）

• 人事制度改定プロジェクトへの参画・実行
• 等級／評価／報酬制度の企画・運用・改善
• 査定、昇格、異動等の制度運用
• 人事戦略および各種施策の企画立案、運用・定着

2. 人事オペレーションの整備・改善・システム活用

• 既存の人事プロセス（業務フロー）の型化・効率化
• 人事システム（タレントマネジメント、人事DB、ATS等）を活用したデータ整備および活用推進

3. 組織開発・育成

• マネジメント強化のための研修等の企画運営（マネージャー・メンバー向け）
• 入社オンボーディングの企画～運営
• 社内コミュニケーション活性化に向けた企画運営

4. 採用・その他

• 将来的なグローバル採用への関与（実務は専任メンバーがおりますが、戦略や英語での連携等で関わっていただきます）

Requirements

■必須条件：

• 人事企画（制度運用・改定など）の実務経験（1年以上）
• ビジネス中級レベルの英語力（目安：TOEIC 700点以上、またはスコアに関わらず英語での社内ミーティングや議論が可能な方）
• ITリテラシー（Microsoft Office、Google Workspaceのツールを一定レベル以上扱える方）
• 各種人事ツール（タレントマネジメント、人事DB、ATSなど）の利用経験

■歓迎条件：

• メンバーマネジメントやリーダーシップを発揮したご経験（年数不問）
