Responsibilities

■業務概要：

• 当社アジア地域向け輸出品のGDP Qualityを統括するマネージャーポジションです。日々の輸出オペレーション、記録・文書管理、査察対応を通じて、GDPおよび社内品質基準への適合を担保いただきます。コールドチェーンを含む輸送設計、リスク評価、逸脱・CAPA・変更管理、ディストリビューター/3PLの品質マネジメントをリードし、タケダの医薬品を安全・確実にアジア各国へ届ける役割です。勤務地は大阪（工場/本社）または東京グローバル本社（大阪出張あり）で、特に大阪勤務を歓迎します。

■職務詳細：

• アジア向け輸出オペレーションのGDP品質監督、文書・記録管理
• 輸送/梱包・温度管理・セキュリティ等の品質要件設計と改善
• 温度逸脱・輸送遅延等の品質イベントの調査、影響評価、CAPA推進
• 輸出レーン、3PL/ディストリビューターのリスク評価・変更管理
• 外部委託先の評価・監査、品質契約、KPIレビューとパフォーマンス改善

■勤務地：

• 大阪工場／大阪本社／東京グローバル本社のいずれかになります。
• また、東京の場合には、大阪への出張が発生いたします。

Requirements

■必須要件：

• 理系学位（BScまたはMSc）
• 製薬業界での経験10年以上（QAなど品質関連経験を含む）
• GDP/GMP、ICH、ISO等の規制・ガイドラインの実務知識
• 逸脱管理、CAPA、監査対応などGDP/QA業務経験
• 物流・輸送・ディストリビューションに関する品質保証経験
• ビジネスレベルの英語力（会話・読み書き、英語面接対応）
