The Services Sales Manager grows service revenue from existing electrical equipment by managing key accounts, driving complex and multi-site deals, and selling a wide range of technical and digital services.
The role focuses on customer relationship development, proposal coordination, and achieving profitable sales targets through cross functional collaboration.

■Main responsibilities- Develops and executes annual sales plan for key customers in their account portfolio.
- Educates customers on all products and services with special attention on recurring and digital offers
- Cross selling of Services portfolio.
- Secures customer satisfaction overseeing all ongoing activities with the customer (orders, delivery...)
- Utilizes CRM Software for sales funnel management, account planning, performance and opportunity detection
- Provides monthly forecasts, using CRM, and summaries in a timely manner
- Participates in the preparation of analysis and reports on Services performance
- Provides precise and timely information to Tender team to prepare sales quotations and proposals
- Monitors margin to be at or above country thresholds.
- Works closely with Inside Services Sales Representatives and the Business Units account managers to maximize business opportunities
- Gives the Services Marketing leaders Offers feedback and needs

- The successful candidate should have a 4 year college degree or equivalent work experience and >5 years technical sales experience
- Account management experiences and skills
- Native speaker level for Japanese, business level of English (written, verbal)
- People Management skills are plus
