Responsibilities
Main responsibilities:
  • This position directly reports to Business Development Manager.
  • Major responsibilities of this position are to implement the sales plan based on the agreement between Corporate and Japan:
    • To demonstrate the advantage or benefits of Mayr products to the customers and accelerate the order taking.
    • To accelerate sales growth and expansion of sales/distribution channel through introduction and proposal of Mayr products as well as technical support;
    • To develop a long-term, sustainable and reliable relationship with the customers and accelerate to adopt Mayr products;

    • 当社製品の強みや採用による優位性を顧客に示し、採用に結び付け、売上増加につなげる。
    • 当社製品の紹介とアプリケーションに最適な提案並びに技術的なサポートを通じて販路を拡大する。
    • 顧客との⾧期的で継続的かつ信頼される関係を築き当社製品の採用を加速させる。
Requirements
Minimum requirements:
  • Graduated mechanical engineer (B.S. or above), or National Institute of Technology, Industrial High School.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in sales and technical support or quality control of mechanical components, preferably with power transmission products at non-Japanese companies or trading company of machine parts
  • Good contact experience to Japanese machinery OEMs, and good communicator in direct customer contacts with key accounts
  • New customers‘ development skills and experience in effective manner is required.
  • 30s to early 40s preferable, depending on the experience
  • Languages: Fluent Japanese (native) and business level English and/or German, including technical discussion.
  • Experience in international business and bridging cultural differences
  • Willing to work as a start-up member of the company (self-starter, willing to learn, and aggressiveness).  


必須要件:
  • 機械工学科卒以上。工業高等専門学校、工業高校も可
  • 外資企業あるいは機械部品輸入業界で機械部品あるいは関連産業の営業及び技術サポートの経験 5 年以 上。
  • 日本の機械メーカーへの営業・技術サポート面での顧客との直接交渉の経験
  • 効率的な方法による新規顧客開拓の能力と経験は不可欠
  • 経験にもよるが 30 代~40 代前半希望
  • 言語:母国語としての日本語とビジネスレベルの英語あるいはドイツ語(技術的な会話を含む) 
  • 国際的なビジネス経験と異文化間コミュニケーション能力
  • スタートアップ企業のメンバーとして働く意欲と覚悟
