We manufacture meshwall systems (safety fences) for use as protection and partitions in manufacturing, warehousing, and construction sites. Responsibilities
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
  • Identify potential clients in industries such as manufacturing, logistics, construction, and warehousing.
  • Research and analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer requirements.
Consultative Selling:
  • Understand the specific needs and challenges of each client.
  • Recommend suitable industrial barrier solutions based on safety requirements, space constraints, vehicular operations and budget considerations.
  • Provide product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
Relationship Building:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Regularly communicate with clients to understand their evolving needs and address any concerns.
  • Collaborate with other departments (products, logistics, installation) to ensure seamless service delivery.
Sales Process Management:
  • Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals and after sales service.
  • Prepare and negotiate proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements.
  • Track sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics.
Product Knowledge and Training:
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, safety regulations, and product advancements.
  • Train clients on the proper use, maintenance, and safety features of industrial barriers.
Networking and Industry Events:
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to expand your professional network.
  • Represent the company and promote industrial barrier solutions.
Reporting and Forecasting:
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges.
  • Forecast sales targets and contribute to business planning.
Requirements
  • a relevant degree (e.g., Business, Engineering, Industrial, Marketing) or industry experience
  • business~fluent level English & Japanese 
  • experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial or safety-related products
  • technical understanding of industrial barriers, safety equipment, and related products; or familarity with industrial environments and safety regulations
  • excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • experience in using sales software, CRM tools and basic drawing tools (not a must)
