- 業務内容

Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Identify potential clients in industries such as manufacturing, logistics, construction, and warehousing.
- Research and analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer requirements.
- Understand the specific needs and challenges of each client.
- Recommend suitable industrial barrier solutions based on safety requirements, space constraints, vehicular operations and budget considerations.
- Provide product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Regularly communicate with clients to understand their evolving needs and address any concerns.
- Collaborate with other departments (products, logistics, installation) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals and after sales service.
- Prepare and negotiate proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements.
- Track sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, safety regulations, and product advancements.
- Train clients on the proper use, maintenance, and safety features of industrial barriers.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to expand your professional network.
- Represent the company and promote industrial barrier solutions.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges.
- Forecast sales targets and contribute to business planning.
- 応募条件

- a relevant degree (e.g., Business, Engineering, Industrial, Marketing) or industry experience
- business~fluent level English & Japanese
- experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial or safety-related products
- technical understanding of industrial barriers, safety equipment, and related products; or familarity with industrial environments and safety regulations
- excellent communication and negotiation skills
- ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- experience in using sales software, CRM tools and basic drawing tools (not a must)
