Responsibilities

同社では人材開発を成長戦略の重点施策の一つと位置付け、組織強化の礎となる社員個々人の能力UPのための施策強化を図っています。その中で人材開発課では、人事制度を軸とした人材開発方針に基づき、人事制度の構築/運用、研修体系の構築/運用、研修コンテンツ企画/提供を行っており、適時適切といった組織や社員のニーズやタイミングに沿った能力開発機会の提供を展開しています。社内外で、より人材開発へのニーズや期待が高まる中、施策を推進する人材の増強を考えています。
業務内容既存メンバーとともに若手層（新入社員～リーダークラス）の研修企画立案から事務局運営までいくつかの研修を担ってもらいます。その他、人材開発課で実施しているアセスメントやサーベイなどの施策や、新規施策やスポット案件などの対応を行ってもらうこともあります。
将来的には、幅広い層の研修企画/運営や研修コース開発や、インストラクターとして研修実施をしていただきます。

Requirements

• 人事経験をお持ちの方
• 基礎的なITリテラシー、IT業界への興味関心
• 人や組織に対する興味関心、感受性
• 自身で課題を見つけ、自律的にタスクを進めていける方

• 人事制度運用、研修担当の経験
• IT業界での経験（職種問わず）
