Responsibilities

• 顧客からの不具合情報を受領し、責任部門（国内工場、海外工場）へ情報展開をして原因調査と対策を主導します。
• 顧客不具合に対し責任部門から原因と対策内容を受領し、顧客への報告書の作成と報告を主導します。
• 海外工場に出張し、現地エンジニアとの意見交換、品質問題に対し改善のアドバイスを行い、海外工場、国内関連部門と一緒に定期的な品質改善活動を推進する。（80%日本、20%海外）
• リーダーシップを発揮し、国内・海外工場に継続的な改善プロジェクトを主導し推進できる。
• 自本部のQMS規定の向上、更新、維持管理を実施。

Requirements

必須条件

• 自動車関連の技術部門または品質部門のマネージャーとして3年以上の実務経験
• 自動車Tier1, OEM顧客に対応・実務経験
• PCスキル（Microsoft Office：Excel、Word、Power Point）
• 英語力：社内外で日常的に英語を使用します（TOEIC(R)700程度以上）※取引先を含む海外拠点と、日常的にメール・電話による技術対話、情報交換と会議の機会があります。
• 日本語：母国語レベル（ビジネス・技術対話および資料作成が可能なこと）
