PJTの進捗レポート、提案、要件ドキュメント、プレゼンテーションを作成・提案
PJTコスト、製品コスト、納品、品質、およびPJTの機能に責任
PJTの期待をチームメンバーと関係者にタイムリーかつ明確に効果的に伝える
PJTのステータスを把握し、PJTの優先順位について話し合うために、継続的にPJT関係者と連絡を取り合う
適切なツールを使用して、PJTのタイムラインとマイルストーンを計画およびスケジュール
PJTのマイルストーンと成果物を追跡
PJT チームからのステータス レポートの頻度と内容を決定し、結果を分析し、問題領域のトラブルシューティングを実行
PJT範囲の変更を積極的に管理し、潜在的な危機を特定し、緊急時対応計画を策定
PJTの実行と管理のためのベストプラクティスとツールを開発
リファレンス グループ ミーティング、PJTレビュー ミーティングなどのフォーラムに定期的に出席し、PJTの状況を報告
車両エンジニアリングで実行されているさまざまなフォーラムの管理をサポート
