Responsibilities: ━━━━━━Responsibilities━━━━━━
Lead and manage the Engineering teams (Project management, System, Hardware, Software, Mechanical, New Product, and Cyber security & Functional safety) .
Collaborate with the General Manager and the HR team to oversee the entire engineering organization in Japan (program management, mechanical, electrical, software, systems).
Develop and implement technical strategies to achieve organizational goals.
Work closely with senior management in Japan and headquarters to establish efficient and effective business processes.
Develop business plans for the international market (market research for each customer and destination, gathering customer requirements, making proposals).
Explore new business opportunities outside the domestic automotive industry (target industries: aerospace, medical, smart home, wearable devices).
Support and review the creation of detailed designs and related documents necessary for projects.
