- Responsibilities

Main responsibilities:
- Occupational Health and Safety
- Lead and support implementation and improvement of HSE plans and objectives
- Compliance with Group HSE standards and national regulations
- Safety/quality response to problems
- Internal audits, patrols and guidance
- Response to customer requirements (audit and safety and quality management systems)
- Update internal documents Management (management system)
- Quality maintenance on facility management
- Overall safety and quality activities including compliance
- ISO based operation management
- HSE group team management
- Safety training
- Harmful substances reduction
- Heat stroke prevention
- Monthly tracking (energy consumption)
- Leading activities for CO2 reduction (75% by 2030)
- Need to know a little about environmental laws and regulations
- Facility management
- Inspection and patrol of facilities inside and outside the factory (look around and improve dangerous areas in the company)
- Management of periodic inspections (including statutory inspections) (annual planning, site coordination, site management, reporting, etc.)
- Management of repair work
- When introducing equipment, promote introduction in light of safety standards

- 社内ドキュメントの更新管理(マネジメントシステム)
- 設備管理上の品質維持
- コンプライアンス含む安全品質活動全般
- ISOに基づくオペレーション管理
- HSEグループのチームマネジメント
- セーフティートレーニング
- 有害物質の削減
- 熱中症対策
- 毎月のトラッキング(エネルギーの消費量)
- CO2削減の活動をリード(2030年までに75%)
- ※環境の法令にも少しわかる必要がある
- 施設管理
- 工場内外の施設の点検とパトロール(社内の危険個所の見回わり、改善)
- 定期点検(法定点検を含む)の管理(年間計画、現場調整、現場管理、報告等)
- 修繕作業の管理
- 設備導入の際に安全基準に照らし合わせて導入を進める

Minimum requirements:
- Factory HSE experience
- Has worked/is working in a factory
- Japanese: N3 level (can read Kanji/Japanese is used more often in factory)
- English: Business level (with reporting to Group)
Preferred qualifications:- HSE experience in technical bag ground
- Comes from automotive industry
