■業務内容：量産技術開発部 金型技術課 にて樹脂成形金型の設計をご担当頂きます。
【具体的には】成形分野における新規金型構造、工法の開発
製品形状に対する金型成立性検証
既存金型における問題抽出と対策立案、実行(含む海外支援)
金型サプライヤの開拓
成形金型手配(金型仕様の策定、社内外調整、金型立合い検証等)
後進の育成
国内外拠点への中長期出張あり(特に韮崎テクニカルセンターが多い予定)
