Responsibilities

• 先端デバイスの開発、製造における課題の探索
• 上記課題を解決する新技術の提案
• 提案した新技術の研究開発（計測手法開発、装置開発）
• 事業部や先端顧客と連携した新技術の効果実証
• 開発した新技術に関する特許の創生
• 学会発表やニュースリリースを通じた、新技術・新製品のPR

Requirements

必須条件：

• 走査型電子顕微鏡開発
• TOEIC（R）テスト700点程度以上の英語力※読み書き・メール利用に支障がないレベル

歓迎条件：

• 半導体デバイス開発の経験
• 電子顕微鏡、真空設備、レーザー光学系に関わる業務経験
• 電磁界シミュレーション、光学シミュレーションのスキル
• 特許執筆の実務経験（目安2件以上）
• 学術論文執筆および国際学会での発表経験※目安：主著2件以上
