Responsibilities

新艇開発における生産準備（レイアウト、設備仕様～設置、品質管理）、現生産艇の生産計画／管理、品質管理をお任せします。
国内外の製造委託先との

• 新艇開発の生産準備：レイアウト設計、生産設備/型仕様～設置、品質造込
• 現行生産艇の生産管理：生産計画/管理、品質管理
• 生産性向上：生産/品質改善

※OEMメーカー様/部品仕入先様と連携し、工場の生産/品質の安定化をはかる

Requirements

※他産業における生産管理、品質管理の経験をお持ちの方で、上記の業務にチャレンジしたい方のご応募も歓迎です※
■必須条件：

• プレジャーボートに関する船体構造、艤装に関する基礎知識
• モノづくりに関する生産管理、品質管理の経験
• プロジェクトマネジメント経験
• 2次元および3次元CADを使用
• 多くのステークホルダーを巻き込みプロジェクトを推進した経験

■歓迎条件：

• プレジャーボートの生産管理、品質管理の経験
• 小型船舶免許

■語学：

• 【必須】英語コミュニケーション力（TOEIC(R)600点以上相当）
