Responsibilities

本ポジション(アカウントマネージャー/アソシエイトアカウントマネージャー)は、アプリケーションエンジニア、カスタマーサービス、各事業部門と連携し、主要顧客に対する営業活動を担当します。
業界をリードする製品ポートフォリオ、グローバルな展開力、そして技術力を活かし、日本市場における事業成長を推進する重要な役割を担っていただきます。

■Responsibilities
  • Develops and implements account strategies to achieve sales targets and expand their market share.
  • Proactively seeks and finds new business opportunities and promotes their products to customers.
  • Builds solid relationships with customers at multiple levels in the organization and with key stakeholders.
  • Ensures timely and clear communication between customers and their Business Units throughout the sales cycle.
  • Conducts market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Qualifies sales opportunities in terms of their business case, customer commercial requirements, competitive landscape, and their value proposition.
  • Manages and drives timelines and action items in Japan and with their Business Units to ensure customer needs are met consistently.
  • Provides timely and accurate reporting of sales information, market trends, and competitor intelligence.
  • Maintains and updates sales forecasts in a timely manner for regular reporting and alignment with internal stakeholders.

Requirements

■必須
  • 半導体(FEOLプロセス)業界における実務経験5年以上
  • 顧客との関係構築およびビジネス拡大の実績
  • 半導体前工程(FEOL)装置に関する知識
  • 日本語および英語での提案書作成・プレゼンテーションスキル
  • Microsoft Office(特にExcel、PowerPoint)の実務利用スキル
  • ネイティブレベルの日本語スキル
  • ビジネスレベル以上の英語スキル


■歓迎
  • 工学系学位、またはそれに準ずるバックグラウンド
