■職務内容：弊社ホームページ、電話及びメール経由でのお客様及び社内からの製品問い合わせ及び選定提案、図面の確認などの技術サポート。
※社内は外勤営業社員や営業事務からの問合せに対応します。拡販のための戦略の立案、実行、及び技術対応
営業への製品トレーニング（営業同行の出張あり）
ドイツ本社への技術問合せ窓口（メールや電話/使用言語：英語）
ドイツ本社から技術者が来日した際の同行や通訳
栃木工場との折衝業務
■配属先ECS営業部インサイドセールス全体で30名（30代～50代男性中心）L部長、外勤営業21名、インサイドセールス3名、プロダクト担当5名
■入社後のイメージ：ケーブル保護管の中でもロボット向けに特化した特殊製品のため、入社後はまず社内研修にて一般製品の基礎知識も含めしっかり習得していただきます。
その後ヘルプデスク研修（お客様からの問い合わせ対応）で基本的な製品選定ができるようになったら、外勤営業と同行し客先での製品提案、場合によってはロボットへの組付作業の経験を積んでいきます。
最終的には同社製品のスペシャリストとして、これまでのロボット業界でのご経験を活かしながら、ロボット業界に特化した製品の拡販に向け戦略の立案、実行、及び技術対応まで自身で考え計画し活動していきます。
■働き方：内勤での技術対応をしながら、必要に応じて客先訪問し販売促進もしていく両方の動きをします。状況によって変化しますがイメージは内勤5割、外勤5割です。
