Responsibilities

• 高難度な光学製品の設計から製品立ち上げまでを担っていただきます。
• 量産化を見据えた設計から実際の立ち上げまで一気通貫で携わり、顧客から生産現場まで幅広い関係者と連携しながら、開発者として製品開発を力強く推進していただきます。
• 最先端対物レンズ等、高難度な光学設計への挑戦
• 量産化を見据えた設計および製品立ち上げ
• 顧客ニーズを的確に捉えた製品開発
• マーケティング、営業、製造、サービス部門と連携したものづくり
• 顧客から工場まで、幅広い関係者と連携したグローバルな製品開発
• 将来を見据えた光学技術の研究・開発

出張有無:

• 国内（頻度）：あり　月1回　場所：事業所や顧客訪問等
• 海外（頻度）：あり　数年に1回　場所：US、ヨーロッパ、中国等

Requirements

• 日本語力：ビジネスレベル
• 英語力：論文や特許等、英文を読む必要は一定量あり、時間をかければ読めるレベルの読解力は必要です。
• 会議や口頭コミュニケーションで使用いただく可能性があります。会話力と作文力は現在英語に抵抗感がなければ問題ございません。
• 光学製品・光学分野への興味関心
• 大学レベルの物理学の知識
• 光学開発業務経験（光学設計の経験、もしくは光学検討の経験）
